Hospital bed sheets- what can I use?

I recently was given a hospital bed ( thank the GOOD LORD and my caring friends). I would like to know if there's any fitted sheets that can comply with the daily instructions for use with the multi adjustments. I've noticed that the fitted sheet use tends to loosenit's fit.
Any help would be gratefully received

Only flat sheets will do I think, never seen fitted sheets on a bed in any hospital I have ever visited? But there are makers of bespoke linen that may be able to help.
Amazon and others sell hospital bed sheets. It’s recommended that you use straps/clips like we used to use for mittens. They’re called Bed Bands. There are also Bed Suspenders. Check amazon.com
Any place where they sell Medical things like wheel chairs should be able to tell you where. Nursing homes have fitted sheets so they have to be out there
My ex took care of her ailing mother for over 13 years. Had a hospital bed tried using fitted sheets and had similar problems. She had to use unfitted sheets. All hospitals and nursing homes use unfitted sheets.
