Hi there! My all time favorite is to fill the pump up with half castile soap and half water and then ten drops of lavender and ten drops of orange essential oil.
Just water and any liquid hand soap...the key is to insure the dispenser has a foaming soap dispenser pump. Proportions would be about 1/2 the bottle filled with water and then 2 ounces of liquid hand soap. Replace the foaming dispenser pump and shake well. Now you have the foaming hand soap. Recipe is about 1 to 1-1/2 cups water to 2-3 ounces of liquid soap, depending on the size of your foaming hand soap dispenser.
