I'm starting to get small tomatoes- what can I use to prevent insects?

I'm starting to get small tomatoes on my one plant, but something is eating them, what can I use as a safe insect preventative? Are there homemade remedies?

Dishsoap mixed with water in a spray bottle should do the trick. Do it about every 7 days.

You could also try boiling up some cayenne pepper, onion and garlic and spraying it one once it's cooled down.
