Buy an instant electric water heater from The Home depot.
Home Depot has the Camp Chef Triton 10L propane on demand water heater. I bought mine 2 years ago, and mounted it inside, with a simple water hose connection for water supply to it. I also used a 6 to 4 inch reducer has a chimney, along with an elbow, attached a dryer flex hose to that, putting that out the bathroom window, cut an opening through the screen, sealing up around that with some duct tape, and cover that section of the window with some insulation, to keep out heat and cold, attached the outside end of the flex hose to a small section of HVAC chimney pipe, with a chimney cap on top of it, and made sure the cap is above my roof line, to assure a good draw, for the water heater to function properly. The igniter is powered by 2 D cell batteries, and my original 2 are still working, 2 years later!
Really not something you should install yourself.... unless you are a plumber... Propane is heavier than air.. so proper installation and ventilation is ESSENTIAL.... get it done right.
I agree with Marty. I have one on my house (outside on the wall, which I would recommend), but propane can be deadly. Find the one you want and then contact a professional to install it. It will be worth the money.
