My boring, but waterproof shower curtains (all white) do not fit in with my Moroccan themed wet room. Does anyone out there know if I can tie dye waterproof shower curtains? Thanks everyone

Don’t know but you can make a cool design with permanent markers I’ll bet

Try painting a design on the outside of the curtain. Look at your old paint pants to ID what kind of paint never washes out. Let it dry about a week before use.

I would try a fabric dye and let it soak in it for a while. I've dyed various plastics in the past.

Dyes need something to absorb them. Plastic will not. But there are other products you can use that will remain flexible on plastic. Check your hobby store. I LOVE the Sharpie idea! May have to steal that one : )

Or check out wayfair. I've never seen such reasonable priced BEAUTIFUL shower curtains. Be still, my heart...sigh

Yes it’s water proof, but what kind of material, defends on the material, if cotton, yes you can dye them, as most material doesn‘t stick, I’ve tried it several times, just ends throwing them.

Hi Macris121, Well, it’s not “plastic”, because I iron it after it’s been washed and plastic would just melt! It’s the type of material you have on an upmarket raincoat.

Like you say, worse case, I end up throwing it out but who knows, it MIGHT work! 🤷‍♀️
