How can I refresh a mini frig that has been on a covered patio?

    Hi Carol, You could clean it real good, inside and outside. Then tape off hardware and spray paint it. You could also take it apart and remove the hardware. Place the hardware in a crock pot overnight on low. Then scrub each piece with an old toothbrush. They come out like new. I would use a Rustoleum spray paint especially if it will be going back outside. Best of luck to you.

      Yes, you're right. Keep the paint off the rubber seal. If the rubber seal is old or cracked, don't try to take it off. It may rip. Tape over it if this is the case.

    You could clean it up well and spray paint it a happy color, or place wall paper or contact paper on it. Here's a link to some pics that may inspire you though the fridges may not be as "mini" as yours. Have fun with it! What have you got to lose...great that it's still working. :)

    Depends on what kind of finish the door has. You can buy enamel paint for refrigerators. You would have to sand the outside first and use a tack cloth.
