Not quit sure what the question is but if you want to know what paint to use for a exterior frog,you can buy small bottles of acrylic paint for out doors at your craft shop for just a couple of dollars. Make sure to remove any loose paint on it first.
Any paint that is for outdoors should work. They sell acrylic paints that you could use for small details and spray paint type outdoor paint if you are looking for a solid color.
