How do I remove a switch that's connected to another switch?

      If I could afford the ridiculous prices they charge, I would. $500 for a 5 to 10 minute job is obscene.

    Call an electrician to do the job. You might cause a short, or if not done properly, you could have a fire. Your asking how to do this, so you can't do it yourself. Good Luck!

    are you talking about a three way switch where one is on one wall and the other is on another turning a single ceiling light, It is simple as long as you have basic knowledge of electricity. You will need to know which switch is the main one , It should have five wires R>2-B
