What do do with broken glass table top?

I have a large round glass table top, very thick, that had gotten broken in half, it's a wavy break. I kept it hoping to do something with it eventually, any ideas. Measurements are roughly 18 x36

Can you get a 1/2 moon shape out of either side or both? You can take them to a glass store to even out the curve and have them polish the edges. Search some estate sales and garage sale, or even antique shops to find a creative base to make a demi-lune console for a corner of the house or hallway.
