I have made one out of an old washtub that was my grandparents. You can buy solar or electric powered fountain kits. I bought an electric one as the solar one needs 100% of sun to work. I thoughrly soak them with raw linseed oil and use a good weed mat to line after the oil has soaked it. Makes them last a few years if you redo oil once a year.
