Home Depot carries a " stainless steel " cleaner in a spray can, I use it and it does work. You will find it in the cleaning section.

    HI Donna,

We just use warm, soapy water to clean ours. The next step is the key though. Before I got stainless steel, I didn't know that they also need "moisturizing" . After I clean mine, I use a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth and rub it in, following the grain of the stainless steel appliance. The oil moisturizes the stainless steel like it would a wood product and keeps it shiny and streak free. Just be sure to use a small amount and rub it in well. I hope that helps. Wishing you the best.

For my kitchen stainless appliances I use the Weiman cleaner or Liquid gold Both are aerosol.

For ss kitchen utensils cookware- spotting and streaks....I believe my problems stainless are from hard water. I use Barkeepers friend to remove spots particularly on my knife utensils and other kitchen items like pots and pans.
