Since you all are helpful, know what ails this tree?

I have two pictures. I know my tree is sick, but I am unsure with what. Perhaps it has two issues. Any advice is appreciated. I did go to Home Depot and they told me it is being watered wrong time and I have fungus, then showed me a fungicide product. Of course I did not buy that as I would like to use natural solutions on my edibles.
