Wall sconces on each wall seems like the easy answer. A mirror on each wall seems like the go-along-with answer as well. Maybe frameless so they blend into one look? You could check the back of your hair with a single hand held. I have a cabinet wih three narrow mirrors. The two outer both swing in, but I'm adjusting and tweaking so i can see everything evenly. (Cowlicks! Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy, although now that I think about it...)😆
The other posibility is to create your own triangular shelves. Pick a 1x12 in a coordinated wood A length of quarter-round molding under each side of the shelf would do easily and discretely. You could set the height of the shelves to suit your toiletries, one of which would be a swivel mirror on a stand. What do you think?
