I don’t want to screw anything into it. I would love to add a mirror but I worry that it might be too heavy and fall if I just stuck it on the wall.
Unfortunately, there is no getting around seams showing when using grass wallpaper.
If it's possible to match, it should show your repeat pattern on the instructions. I've never known it to have a repeat.
with wallpaper (organic means really made out of grass, right?) wouldn't it be better to have it done by a professional? I think seams are common with organic grass cloth wallpaper.
Hi Stephanie, it really is nearly impossible to hang it so the seams are undetectable. I think seeing the seams has become some of the ambiance of having grass cloth. Here's a link of a person who has done it with many tips and advice about how to hang it (such as cutting the edges). She ended up calling in professional help. I hope it proves helpful to you.

Thanks Ladies! Stephanie

Hello,
Maybe instead of going up and down the walls, go from one side to the corner in one go!
Then the lines may not be so noticeable as they will be running around the room.
I would ask a professional if they have any tips on how to hide the seams.
