Try peroxide and dawn dish soap put dawn On the stain then put the peroxide on the stain. Let it set for awhile you may need to use a toothbrush to scrub the stain some . Repeat as needed. Do not wash in hot water . Hot water will set the stain.
    Good Luck☘️!

Cover the stain with baby powder, corn starch or baking soda. Let it soak in for several hours. Brush all the powder away, using a clean stipple brush if you have one. Shake the shirt out to get all the rest out of the shirt. If you want to wash it, hand wash using Woolite or a clear dishwashing liquid and cold water. Air dry the shirt the first time, although you should be able to use an electric washer and dryer after that. Best wishes ☺️

Try a little dab of alcohol or acetone on a q-tip and just dab it using a clean tip if any comes off.
