Get some rebar n wire, create pattern or just run parallel.. maybe plant a climbing plant all around such as morning glory..

Yes we have squirrels raccoons and cats. We r thinking wire but need a nice finish to make sure it looks nice

I would only make it a couple of feet tall. Use pvc pipe to build a frame, then cover all sides and top with chicken wire or garden mesh
