Paint it, what kind of fence is it, whats it made from
If it’s chain link, paint it black and put stained a wood top rail on it to “finish” it.
If you really want to go all out, cover the posts with wood or architectural foam Stained.

If it is a wooden fence, paint it in a variety of coordinating colors. If it is wire mesh, use some window blind slats and create a pattern. The stained wood top and covering the posts and or painting the fence black sounds good. I painted a chain link fence and used gloves and my applier and they worked well.
Plant some Arbor Vitae's in front of your fence. They grow very tall and slim. Provide a lot of privacy. Remember to plant them a few feet from the fence so that you can get your lawn mower behind them. Best wishes.
Have you thought of hanging tin flowers or decorations on it? If you draw or paint, or know someone who does, you might try doing a mural....even cute signs or sayings. Once completed, if painting, you could spray a protective covering that might help protect from the outside elements. Hope you might at least get an idea from this that can help! Good luck!
