Probably too much water. They don't need much until they start to produce fruit.. Turn off the water and see how soon they begin to wilt.
try some Epsom salts in watering can. 1 tablespoon in a gallon of water will add nutrients that the tomato is lacking. this will help that problem.
mine are turning yellow too.... but it has been over 105 here.
