I would like to know the best ECO- PRODUCT to apply to exterior brick

The brick looks pinkish-orange due to the lime leaching out and discoloring the brick. I have used cleaners on it, but the best product seems to be a gloss sealer that is soaked into the brick & grout to re-harden the brick as well as seals it but the "warnings" for application are crazy. There has to be a product that will soak in, reharden, give the brick a "wet" look and glossy sealed finish. I am looking for something that is affordable but safe for those around the building, in the building and for those applying the product.
