Black spot on roses. Make sure there is little planting between roses so air can circulate. Water only at the base, not the leaves. Hand remove each infected leaf and destroy . Do not compost these leaves, or leave them in the soil or the disease will spread. They sell rose food that has a treatment that goes systemic to treat this .
