To cover the seasonal cushion in my front porch rocker, I just use a pillowcase and tuck the ends into the case on the backside or just fold them under. You can also cover with a scrap of material and safety-pin it on the back. This is assuming you have old cushions to use. If not, you could use old bed pillows and use the above methods. Really cheap if you have some fabric scraps or buy the $5.47 pair of pillowcases from Walmart. Good luck!
