soapy water (dawn is the best) to spray on plant is good, bugs hate the soap, but if it rains you have to spray again.
Go to your local quality garden shop and buy some ladybugs and praying mantis eggs. I think lowes or Home Depot also carry them. Not close to a shop, you can order them on line delivered to your home.
