Currently there are two designs of wallpaper with a border in the middle. This has been there about 20 yrs, so we are ready for a change!!. The floor is a dark burgundy ceramic tile 😏😣🙄.

a new color palette of towels can do wonders --- get a matching soap dispenser and maybe a tissue box holder for the back of the toilet. Instant update!

light colors make rooms appear larger. If changing the floor would not be feasible, get rid of the wallpaper and go with an ivory paint. If you need texture, any paint store can give you a tool that can create texture in the paint, and it’s relatively easy. Mirrors will help. A valance over the window with ivory and burgundy, and green touches anywhere. A mirrored medicine cabinet will give you storage and will give you an illusion of more space. Less is more, so avoid any clutter. If needed, a small shelf painted white with green touches would look nice. But choose colors that YOU like, just think light vs dark.
