You should find the source of the odor and take care of it that way. In the meantime, a slip-open bag of regular charcoal may help.
If odor is coming from the shoes you wear, stuff them each with crumpled newspaper with baking soda sprinkled in each shoe (leave overnight at least) and that odor should disappear...unless the odor is coming from elsewhere.
