How to hide bottom of stoop?

Suggestions please! How can we hide the bottom of this ugly concrete stoop. The paver patio has fallen leaving a huge ugly gap showing the bottom of the stoop. The weathered pavers cannot be matched and a new patio is way out of our budget! What an eyesore to a hard worked back yard!

id use a weather treated board a thinner one inch thick or less and wrap the wood around the stoop.

I would use a foam sealer made for water features to fill the space.. mask the front of the concrete with tape to keep it clean... then you could put concrete siding, decorative tile, etc on the face of the step... using Gorilla adhesive or Liquid Nails... ( I would use the tile on the top of the concrete step too... or a brick veneer to match the brick walk way.

Whatever you try to 'put over' this gap will only result in it becoming warped, as the problem to the situation lies in the position of the pavers themselves.

From this picture, it looks to me like the whole pathway is sinking and shifting. To prevent this happening any more, the pavers need to be removed, and additional crush put down before replacing the pavers in a level position. Putting a layer or two of weed blocking landscaping fabric over the crush, and under the pavers, will help to prevent any more grass from pushing up between the paver cracks.

Right now, the height of the first step from the foot path on to the middle layer is a trip hazard. The height of the second step up on to the stoop is too high. Adding an additional layer of pavers to the middle layer will make the area safer and visually more balanced. An additonal layer in the middle, once supported by additional crush, will likely eliminate most of the gap.

Fill in the crack with thick Quikcrete, the add clearance tiles to cover the patch.

Get indoor outdoor carpeting or astroturf and cover the whole thing.

Purchase large tile in a pretty color or pattern. Make sure that one side has a beveled edge. Measure the depth of your step and trail the tile to fit. (Beveled edge up). Then install with a waterproof grout/cement as you would any tile. You can even do the front of the other step for a dynamic, totally matching, designer look.

You could stain the concrete and use decorative 4 inch tile and the stuff you would use to make them stick (can you tell I can't remember the name?), and them grout it, maybe.
