They do have natural predators...herons, snakes, lizards to name a few.
They are amphibians and are born in the water, mature there and eventually make more frogs, therefore a water dependent life cycle.
Remove the water source-pond, wet ditch, and they will go away.
Human hair clippings keeps away raccoons, I don't know if it would work for frogs.
The frogs are eating all your bugs, including the ones by your plants outside. They eat just about everything, I'd let them be.
