    I live in Toronto and I have a ten year old wisteria in my backyard but it never bloom ,l am debating whether I should keep it or not because l have to prune the branches twice every summer,any advise ?

      U have to shock the roots. Mine was the same and my Opa told me to get a shovel and chop the roots in a couple places near the base. Ever since I did that I get tons of flowers very year 😊
