You can adjust your email settings at www.hometalk.com/my-account/notifications
If you are referring to our Facebook Messenger,
1. Type "Stop" into the Facebook messenger box
2. Delete your message history (delete conversation) by clicking the little settings icon on your Messenger box.
3. Re-Load the Hometalk Facebook page and type "subscribe" into the MessengerYou should now receive 7 messages per week.
