Virtually anything can be painted. Use a good sealer first.
When I paint Ikea furniture I rough up the surface with sandpaper first. Then a coat of primer and a couple coats of paint. Have fun painting! xx
Ibe done it with chalk paint. Didn’t even have to sand. Couldn’t be easier.
