i room at a time, one section at a time. Have boxes or bags ready, Trash, yard sale, keepers. Decide on the spot what is necessary, what's needed, what's got to go. Pack stuff that you can;'t get rid of, for what ever reason, but don't use. Label the boxes, store and stack. Keep a notebook of the boxes and contents and location of storage.
Set a goal to remove a set number of things every day- 10 - 20 - whatever!
remember: The more you got the more you gotta do! ask yourself if you have used it in the last year? if not donate or sell.
