Very slick ceramic tiles in bath

My ceramic bath tiles are very slippery and I have a step us to the tub which is like an ice slick. Any ideas on how to handle this.

I'd like to suggest a good quality bath mat to prevent slipping. I purchased one at Walmart for less than $10 that fits perfectly, cleans up well and is very safe. Best of luck.

There are also little stickers that are made just for this. They come in different designs and even come in strips and cut able pieces so you can place them exactly where you need them.
I used these in my kids bathtub when they were smaller and then took them off when they grew up.
