Different countries have different brands of paint. IF you are in the US, Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch (the 2X that Janet mentioned) is great paint for outdoor plastic furniture. I have used it for more than a decade on plastic chairs and it holds up better than the original finish and protects the plastic from brittleness due to sun exposure. You did not mention where your plastic is being used to this advice may not be applicable.
