Clean stainless steel pail

My stainless steel bucket was used to pour or move wet cement Some time ago. There is cement residue inside which i can not remove. Suggestions are very welcome,

try a concrete dissolver
Yikes! Concrete equipment cleaner is sprayed on and power washed off to remove residue. I don’t know how it will effect your stainless steel though. Amazon carries it.
