Label up of course, it’s kinda like a puzzle getting the different sized bottles to fit space available. If your drawer is deeper, upright and labeled on the top. There were at one time an insert for the drawer that put them at a slant to read the labels. You do want the spices away from heat, so no next to oven or dishwasher.
