Try Wet & Forget. It can be sprayed on and since it works with wind and rain you have very little work to do. They also make a shower product that is great with low fumes.
Lemon dishwashing detergent, very warm water, scrub with microfiber cloth. Do not put the dirty cloth back into your wash water. Rinse the cloth, repeat. Rinse siding gently so as not to force water under the siding. Dry with another microfiber cloth. Some areas require this 2x/ year. If you have mulch near your siding, move it farther away, as this contributes to the mold build up.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

Oxyclean and a brush. Oxyclean won’t kill the grass. You can also use a power washer..it got most off, but I still had to use a brush on some areas.
