Porch make over ideas?

We have a porch that used to be a iron fenced patio area.
After making it an outdoor Mid room
for the winter we added plywood and plastic sheeting.
Yeah, not so pretty.
The floor is flag stone and and it has a real roof.
Any ideas how to build walls that are nicer than plywood and plastic!?
Looking for an economical
solution to old patio without heat as it's outside attached to the house.

Hi Judy, you could always paint it that would help a lot in it not looking so much like plywood on the inside. On the inside you could also consider hanging curtains around to help tone it down a bit. (White sheers can be purchased really cheaply from Amazon) On the outside the first idea that came to mind was covering it with lattice and then painting it as well. That would give it a little outside charm, give a great place for climbing vines and make the whole thing look a bit more deliberate.
