Loctite on the bolts , works for me
Locking washers to hold the seat.
wind some plumbers teflon tape around those plastic bolts before screwing on the nut below the seat.
Coat the screws worth clear nail polish.
With clear nail polish! ( Need my glasses lol.) This works well with most screws, I've found.
I tighten it as Sharon suggests with screw driver and pliers. I do this regularly. Just normal maintenance while cleaning the toilet
