I don't know who thought that this fireplace surround was a good idea, but it's the ugliest one I have ever seen. We need an inexpensive fix for this. It's in a rental property.
How can I fix this fireplace in our rental on a budget?
Is this a property you rent out or a property you live in? If you own it then I am attaching some ideas but if you are a renter you will need to ask the landlord before making any changes or else he could keep a deposit and/or charge you for making changes.
