The earliest way is with a steamer. You can just use a paint scraper but that is so much work.
Get a tigers paw. It puts cutsi. The paper. Cover cabinets w a plastic cloth. Tiger paw the crap out of the paper. Spray w vinegar water. Wait. Spray. Wait. Try to remove. It it’s still dry and solid spray again and wait. Let the vinegar water do the work. Use a plastic scraper. Spray,scrape. Spray scrape. Then CLEAN with vinegar until totally clean. Let it dry in between so that you can see if you missed something and clean again. Elbow Greese and time. You will be glad you did.
