Well that was last year. I have mine serviced twice a year minimum. Once in spring before ac season, and once in the fall before heating season. When was the filter changed or cleaned last? I change my filter once a month. I will find you some troubleshooting guides.
I feel for you, the humidity does you in. It was 98 here today but humidity was less than 14% - and at my house less than 10% - so hot and very very dry.
