I am looking to make a "automatic" chicken feeder similar to something wild bird feeders do...has anyone done this or can pass on a site that may help me out?
I thoughrly soak them with raw linseed oil and use a good weed mat to line after the oil has soaked it. Makes them last a few years if you redo oil once a year.
