Do you have any teenage boys that you can ask for help?If yes...research your habitat for humanity services and see if they have any patio pavers.check thrift stores, garage sales etc for come comfortable seating for you.
I know that Catholic Community Services in our area does volunteer work like this for disabled and low income. Bless you
If you have an organization such as Seniors Helping Seniors, it may be worth a call to see if some of their volunteers could help you. If your High Schools have a requirement for volunteer hours prior to graduating, you might call the 'shop' teacher to see if some of his/her students would give you some help. Or if you have family near, offer them a bbq in exchange for a work day.
Habitat for Humanity Re-Store is a good source as noted above. Also Value Village or the Salvation Army for items that could be upcycled / recycled. Just keep in mind you have to use your imagination to see the possibilities.

Many service organizations (such as Lions Club, Rotary, etc.) offer help to Seniors on a restricted budget. Suggest you try your religious affiliation group, Boy & GIrl Scout Troups, etc. Often a Scout needs a project for a Merit Badge. Your yard looks like an excellent opportunity. Win-win. Whatever you decide, please don't be shy and ask someone to help you get the ball rolling if you are not up to it yourself. I have found people really want to help. Best of luck!
I honestly don't think that looks took bad. You can look on places like Craigslist and local facebook groups for people giving away, or selling super cheap, large pots. If you did a couple large pots near that metal pole with lots of varying heights flowers and plants, and maybe back in the right corner. Just really seems like you need to give it a little oomph, not a total redo
