Advice please.

I want to build a wine bottle wall. I want open the adjoining wall between my dinning room and kitchen. My vision is using 2×4's to build a frame. Use rebar or wooden dowels. Drill holes in recycled wine bottles of assorted colors. Maybe make patter. Out of the colors. What started this idea was I was thinking of opening up the wall to build a counter and breakfast bar. But my stove is on the other side not counter space. I don't like how closed off the kitchen is from the rest of the house. I saw this wine bottle wall at a restaurant. And it hit me....this is it....please help me to achieve my idea. What do you think? https://pin.it/xcrivfyvzhxr6l here is a Pinterest link to one I found. Sorry they wouldn't let my save the image.
Ok finally found one online that i could save to image to send.

You could still open up the wall to build a counter and breakfast bar even with the stove there, & incorporate the bottle wall look by doing a pony wall, also called a half wall & doing the bottle wall in front of it-painting the pony wall a light or bright color could really make the bottles pop! If you didn't want to have a breakfast bar there, you could still do a pony wall for the stove's needs & then the wine bottle wall from the top of the pony wall to the ceiling. Depending on where the stove sits & how far out you want the bottle wall, you could even build it out farther than the pony wall, so some of the bottle wall is above the pony wall, & the rest is floor to ceiling. I hope that all makes sense & that it gives you a couple of ideas to build on. Good luck, I'm sure it will turn out beautiful.
