What kind of look do you want? You can reface them by gluing luan (thin board available at home centers) over the mirror, wallpaper over the mirror, attach fabric using a cornstarch paste...
You can paint over them or cover with wallpaper.i love using wallpaper because it is super easy to remove and update when you want another look.
