I want to paint my glass scale. It is a battery operated model. However, on the right side of it there is something that could possibly be a solar unit. Does anyone no if this is decorative or have actually functional?
That depends on whether your scale is recharged by light. Since we have no idea what scale you have, there is no way to answer. Got an owner's manual or is there identification of the manufacturer and model on the scale?
It looks like it could be air vents of some kind.
After consulting my owner's manual I see no indication that I can't paint over the glass top, so here goes...
can you use clear spray paint?
Was looking to paint it in decorative way, but thank you for the suggestion.
