Any ideas on paint colors for this

I posted this once before I think my intentions were misunderstood I am making a water feature from this it is the end of a propane tank and is solid the rest of it is being used as a reef in the gulf I also need to know what the best solar pump would be for this I have a stand for it I know it looks bad but it had a lot of potential
I painted an old ceramic planter that look similar to this black but that was to fit a oriental look. What colors are in the area you where you plan to use this?

the size of the pump depends on how much water is to be moved. the pumps are rated in gallons per minnet. spell checker isn't helping at the moment. you need to know how much water is available in your container. you dont want it pumped dry. the solar pump stores energy in batteries. keep the solar panels clean.
I would use a paint color that enhances or contrasts with the rest of your feature. I would also use marine paint for a longer usage period in the water and weather.

Maybe paint the inside blue water blue :) and the outside to blend in to the area you have planned.
OR
I am loving mosaic these days and could see a glorious pattern forming for the outside to bring a pop of color to your landscape. I do not have any experience with solar fountains so yield to others and reviews online
