I need project suggestions that will use solid surface material!

I picked up a number of linear feet of blue/black/white Corian counter top along with the piece that came from an island, which is being used for a table top. Now I have about 15 feet or so that can be used for other projects, as the material can be cut, sanded and routed just like wood. What can I make using this beautiful stuff?

If you cannot find a use for it then if it were me, I would sell it on line. This stuff is very expensive and much in demand for kitchen surfaces. You could use it for the bathroom too. Would make a great top for a vanity unit or convert a chest of drawers and add this to the top for the bathroom or for a kitchen island. Good luck!

When I saw this my first thought was to use it to make a beautiful desk. This would look great in a home office.

Make a counter top for laundry folding over a top-loading washer and dryer...add legs to an old dresser to raise the height and top with this material to create custom kitchen island....hang onto it until you get inspiration, as you'll never be able to replace it for FREE. (Jealous here.)

use it UP the kitchen wall as a "back splash". It would look great behind a stove and make wall clean up so much easier. Or even on the wall behind the tub to make splash time easier. Whatever your choice I am sure it will be beautiful. IF you can't think of anything you could always GIVE it to me... (wink wink...nudge nudge)

I would love to have something like this to make a new top for my vanity in my bedroom dressing area. Just hang onto it! I like the idea of a backsplash!

I would use them for new vanities, possibly a laundry folding center.
