My outdoor unit is running and the indoor part is runing.

But no air is coming out of the vents. The filter is not very bad. It's r22 and my pressures are were 210 on high and 42 on low.

Could be the thermostat..... the best thing to do is to get someone out to look at it.... there is usually a minimal cost for a yearly "service" call... they will tell you if there is another problem

HomeAdvisor.com or Angieslist.com check reviews and verify references for the Home Pros and companies they refer....

Note: we had our AC go out last summer and it cost us over $800 to get it fixed.... we immediately signed up for American Home Shield... it costs us less than $35 each month... and our service contract covers the major systems in our house including AC, appliances , electrical, plumbing and more.

You may be losing coolant. Do you have condensate dripping on your floor? Should call your installation person for evaluation/repair.

For whatever the reason, it sounds like your blower (either on furnace or air handler) is not functioning. If you turn it off and let it sit awhile. Then turn it back on and it works the blower motor might have been seized up when you checked it the first time, and after it cooled down it came back on. Or the evap coil could have been iced up and now it works again after the ice melted. But turn it off for about 8 hours and see if it works when you turn it back on.
