Same color (but at least 4 shades darker). Don't go with a different green stay with your house color just go darker. That would provide a nice contrast and keep your green tone. A throw rug could be put on top to add a punch of color or just brighten it up. If you have shutters painting those the darker shade of your green house would look great too. With white trim it would look so clean.

It really depends on what color your front door is. I think a reddish brown color, like in this picture would look really nice.

Conservative colors: tan, or white. Bolder colors: yellow or orange.

    Gray might also work.

I wouldn't paint it. The natural color of cement should work fine with light green. I personally have not had good experiences with painting cement. You could put down an outdoor area carpet if you want more color on your porch. Also, some bright colored furniture or cushions and pillows will help brighten it up and add interest. But if you want to paint, I would stay away from darker colors, they're hot to walk on.

What color is the trim on your windows? I would match that, or paint it the same color as the house

I would make sure the porch color goes well with the solour of your walls, by taking a piece with you to the store. You could always just try colour samples on the porch, or go for the colour your boarding is.
