Peach is a mix of orange and red. Blue is the complimentary color to orange and green is complimentary to red so I would say a mix of blue and green = aqua.
I love peach and blue, you can lighter like powder blue or even navy and anywhere in between!!

I like a light turquoise!
You have two options, choose a complimentary color or a color in the same family. Browns/tans would be in the same family, so would yellows. Or your could go for the complimentary colors which would be in the green hues. I love peach! Good luck and have fun with color! PS a crisp white is always beautiful to set off any color!
A medium gray! But best to get some samples and place them next to the peach and see what "feels" right to you. Funny but you'll just know. Consider the furniture items in your home too.
